01. What was the timing of visitor restriction policies implemented by hospitals across the United States in response to COVID-19? Did those policies change with time?

a. Data indicating the date of policy implementation was available for 45/70 sites analyzed. Of note, these policies did change over time (e.g., a policy enacted in March 2020 could look considerably different than a restriction policy at the same institution enacted in August 2020).
